How do I display the gallery on a venue screen?
Open the gallery link on any device connected to the screen — a laptop, tablet, or a venue AV system with a browser. Enter fullscreen mode. That's all. No app or software needed.
Does the screen need to stay connected to the internet?
Yes. The gallery polls the server every 5 seconds to check for new uploads, so an active internet connection is required for the live feed to work.
Can I control what appears on the public gallery?
Yes. Guests can mark uploads as private (visible only to you). The organiser dashboard lets you delete or hide any upload. AI auto-moderation on Premium quarantines flagged content before it appears.
What happens when a new photo is uploaded?
The gallery fetches new photos automatically and adds them to the grid. Each new photo plays a bounce animation for a few seconds so guests and viewers notice it.
